Kalupso LOL. Mental game is 100% of your skill, without it you wouldn't be able to pass thru micros. Alot of the times biggest leaks are acctually mental.

Samu Patronen 100% of your income comes from solid, constant game. In any area almost all of your results comes from the most important things. In poker it's playing on a certain level for a certain period of time. You can learn as much as you can but if you don't apply it, and don't play, you earn zero.

I would say that, you will get the most from acctually playing and learning in the process.

As far as tilting you don't have good strategy to use in those spots.
You need a set of behaviours in that moment to execute (breathing patterns, sitting position, muscle relaxation, positive self talk etc.).
If you say you are to lazy it means you don't have a good reasoon to do it. Maybe you need to go busto or smth to work on yourself. If you don't care about you, why we would ?

Properly done breathing exercises. For example 4sec inhale - 2sec hold - 4sec exhale - 2sec hold. If you will do that for 5min you will achieve your goal.

Being in the zone and thiking about ranges and tendencies is far the best option, rather than scanning HUD.

Hi Sonny :) This experience should teach you something. What did you learn ? Why did you lose all of your roll ? As far as i think there are few lessons from this situation.
1. Now you now what is it like to run bad and how it feels. This is the most important thing to handle.
2. Your game. How you played and what do you need to change in order to win ?

Reading by itself doesn't give you much. Implement what you read.

Work on your approach to the game (beliefs, expectations etc.), learn to manage emotions in the moment, practice being in the now. Get a coach and work on those things. Take care.
