Hey guys, I'm looking for a study group that will help me transition from NLH to PLO. I've been playing up to 200NL NLH, but I'm a complete beginner in PLO, so the stakes don't matter that much. I could also be a silent observer and read the feedback of more advanced players. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

+1. XDown looks too weak for me. I'm defenitely betting the turn.

Pre/flop/turn are fine.
I would've checked the R though - betting looks kinda thin - he could've XB some weaker Jx combos, as well as better pairs + your BXB looks value-ish on this runout.

If you're leading, I would play a 2 street game - aiming to overbet flop so that I could jam the turn.
As played, I'm calling - some people will overplay their OvP combos + there's a lot of draws out there.

XB flop - not a good texture for you. As played, size it up OTT - there's a lot of pair+draw combos. Not sure what to do vs his raise - it would've been an easier fold if you had bet bigger - who knows whether you had induced sth or not with this :p. I'm still folding, probably.

I don't see much reason to jam - you don't need a lot of protection, you want to keep their dominated Kx/weak FD in, so I'm just calling the flop.

I'm betting the flop small. Good board for us. As played, in theory, it's a call, but for some reason. whenever I call this, they show me a random pair. ;D

Size it up. As played, bet/call. He could be raising worse for value or doing sth silly + you get great odds.

+1, it's also a very dynamic texture - a lot of turn/river cards are not good for you.

I would just call flop. It's not a board that people cbet extremely wide, and I don't feel comfortable stacking off for ~170bb.

Way too thin.
XC flop and go from there.

Weird line, but I'm folding as well.

I'd lead flop. As played, fine.

Fine, wp.

Turn raise is ok, but make it bigger.
I would jam the R myself - spades missed, he could put you on 86/78/T7 type of hand that you turn into a bluff etc.

Kinda random tbh. I don't think you have a lot of FE otr, so I would just XF. I expect A-high to fold the turn, and I doubt you make pairs fold OTR (you have very few straights in your UTG range).
Awesome, hit me up via PM, please!
