I'm thinking he may have some kings that check behing ofc but two draws on board makes it possible for weaker hands to call my bet too so I value bet... Also some mid PP may call as well... I think

I bet again hoping to represent a bluff and get called by some Ax... but he raised... and he of course has some kings in his range but can I really ever fold? maybe only as a population read that people rarely raise river as bluff I guess
