In a game where everything is anonymous, each small piece of info is important. So I disagree that the rabbit cam is a bad thing on this site.

You ran horribly, which made the video very interesting in seeing the live adjustments you were trying to make. Many of the other videos on this site (not all) only show winning sessions. IMO, seeing the adjustments you need to make when you are losing is more valuable to me. I already know how to win when I'm running well :)
I wanted you to elaborate at or around the 25.59 mark where you made the fold with J10o with trips (i think you wanted to elaborate anyways). You made the hero call earlier with AQ on the 1010778 board on the river when he made the 200 into 60 overbet and were right. From that point on, it seemed like you started to second guess yourself in these overbet spots, even though I don't recall seeing a showdown when he over-bet. I'm wondering what led to these decisions both on the J10 and Q8 hands to fold? Maybe did you sub-consciously started to think you were "over hero-calling" because of that big call down, which led to a lot of river folds?
Thanks for the video.

Crushing. Nice video, probably not a lot of conversation as it seemed that many of these spots were fairly standard, and you like always win so business as usual. Keep it up!

i'm not sure the number, but it seems like your 3 betting pre >2%, is that a general strategy for you h/u?

Thank you for the video, you were right. Even at 1.5x the pace is rather slow.

Like the format, very engaging/interesting dynamic. Well done

The first, and I think only time I saw you 3bet pre, than pot the flop was in that 10987 hand w/Phil. Do we need to be balanced in these situations ever?
It seems we are telegraphing to our opponent that we are not folding, and turning our hand face up when making this type of play. IMO it allowed Phil to comfortably shove KK and discount AA from your range, knowing that he's not crushed and flipping, instead of being a 3/1 dog against AAxx.
As played, particularly in this spot against an ok opponent ;) , it seemed like a very standard spot. Although I don't see too many people doing this as a bluff, so its pretty easy to figure out when to shove and when to fold.
Great video btw and thanks.

Tourney's=higher variance, especially in MTT. Try a few out see how you like them, just remember that because of the higher variance you are going to need to be able to win some flips and run good. As the tourney progresses hands start to play themselves as blinds get higher and higher relative to stacks.
GL!!

Think you answered the question for yourself. 3-bet pre is fine/standard, beautiful hand but definitely not one you want to play for stacks multi-way on this type of flop texture. Guessing you folded otf and there isn't much else you can do against 5 other players here. As you said its a dream table so no point in going broke with such a juicy table in such a marginal spot.

Thanks Zach, I watched your PLO8 video from ACR as well, hope you continue to provide content for us. For awhile, I was approaching PLO8 exactly as you described, 3-betting KQJJ , 10987ds type stuff for deception, but I found myself in really tough awkward post flop spots, particularly with the middling run down hands. Having to shove/GII with at best at chance to win half, or quarter of a pot was simply costing myself too much money. Now I'm always looking for those spots where i can quarter THEM instead.
It really is quite a different game than PLO high, and I love it in 2015 because nothing in the NLHE/PLO realm is really "soft" these days, but hi/lo games now seem to be the PLO of a few years ago and I expect to see their popularity continue to grow. On the American facing sites there has been a lot of mid stakes action at PLO8 recently, even some 10/20 which is as high as we can hope for on Bovada. As such, we need to continue to learn and focus on staying ahead of the curve, which is what you guys are for :)
One thing I haven't seen anywhere is math/equity calculations for the low, or how the low factors into your hands equity as a whole. Might be an interesting topic as personally they way I think about PLO8 right now is knowing my equity for the high, than just knowing how many outs I have for the low.
Keep up the great work!

Awesome video, I'm so happy you are doing PLO8 stuff. Question around the 28min mark where you checked the nuts. Both the low draw and flush draw missed, couldn't you be bluffing with these? You probably aren't bluffing enough in the video to get paid here, but maybe once your more comfortable with the game you will be. I can tell you are still learning b/c of the indecisiveness/passivity of your actions :)
I'd also hope in the future you or one of the other pros that are well versed in PLO8 type games could go into how to construct ranges both pre and post flop. I have trouble 3 betting anything other than AA and A2suited type hands pre in PLO8. Maybe its just the nature of the game but in depth analysis would be much appreciated. Hope to see you at the WSOP this year.

not sure the purpose of this video.....how to run good? how to play the nuts? how to hit the nuts getting it in multi-way as a dog ? lol entertaining i guess

I like a 4 bet pre, dependent upon your opponents of course. Assuming you are heads up, this makes it much easier to gii with very good equity against most of the ranges that are going to be calling 4bets.
As played think it's pretty clear fold

Love the site, just got elite yesterday and have been an online poker player since the hayday in the early 2000's up until black Friday, but I live in Indiana and right now my online options are limited. I noticed most of these threads include in depth analysis using tracking software. How profitable are the lower stakes games overall? Do you think I'm better off grinding SnG as opposed to cash games?
Seeing as how Indiana is a red state, my guess is we will be one of the last to get regulated online poker. I've heard just too many shady things about the state of Lock poker's account balances to feel comfortable depositing any amount of money on there. Hopefully soon I'll be able to knock the dust off my poker tracker software, although i'm not holding my breath. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the video. At around 8:30ish you say with the J8 blockers OTR 10 4 5 9 10 you were going for the overbet. Bit confused here because don't you block some of the combos of drawing hands he should have here?
