1. I think this is a great spot to check behind. you can catch a lot of good turns and you cant stand a c/r
2. the best play is to flat his turn lead. if you raise most savvy opponents will put you on a medium strength hand which picked up more equity on the turn. this will also leave you with the option to bluff hearts otr and he'll be guessing on a lot of rivers

I think i'd bet/fold around 160 ish here. you have the Kh blocker and a 9. I would feel reasonably confident you aren't going to get messed with here
