I think you must 3bet on the flop and thinking about decision if we has all-in.His hands here broadway(like AJ) and connectors(like 67) and of course KK,AA & set.That is if he have something.But...in his line have 89s,45s,AKs+o,AQs+o.Without info i thinking about fold more than shove and main mistake on my mind is 3bet-allin flop.

Maybe check on the river was not the best play,but that same has the right to life...But i likely doin bet myself,than give my initiative to him,sea big bet and accept hard decision...You can tryin bet 4/6 of pot and than you get information where are your hand here.So you can see on AGF%,if he passive,he likely has Nut.And conversely...

River is push/fold if you call turn.He had here,like you said before,sets/2 pair...and maybe you under domination here - KJ, AJ.And QJ nobody not canceled...But same here maybe here you have prehistory with that opp...So that is likely fold than call...OR Reise( ! )...And than you'll be know,where your range and his...

Turn is blank...Why you check?Are you doin check,if you had J?!!I think you must bettin on turn...not much...not lil bet...BUT Bet!On river he probably catch K...But maybe he had slowplayin set...Here you must look on his AGF%...
So...Turn is BAD...you'll be lose much money,on that boards in future,if you will be play like here...On turn his reaction on your bet give you information,and that saved your money on river.
