if villain is 4betting with only 2pct of hands over a large sample size, then you certainly dont have enough equity to be bet+calling. its quite likely though that when you 3b {TT-QQ, AK}, you will frequently get called in one or more spots, and when you are called, you will usually be an equity favorite.
so, yes, i think you really can squeeze/fold QQ here.

villain is 20/12/2 over 2k hands. flop float stat is 42 percent; what's an average range for this PT stat? i mean, without looking at any numbers, it was already pretty clear to me that this particular villain was floating a lot of hands.
in hindsight, i think the river call is actually pretty awful, but at the time, i remember thinking -- villain never bets an 8 on the turn, and with a straight or a flush, i simply thought hed bet bigger on the turn.
