I have seen this play some times now in 10NL and 25NL Zoom. A player opens and a second player 3Bet shoves for more than 200 effective BBs. What's the best way to respond to this move?
In general I've seen this move made with a range that looks something like 22+, AQs+, AK. Most of the players who do this are not regular players, so I usually don't have a lot of information on them.
Calling with TT+, AK is slightly better than QQ+, AK against the mentioned range, but I'm not sure how good it really is to add pairs to the calling range as that means you are more commonly dominated.

What's the best way to proceed here?
Against the BTN, considering a range consisting of NFDs (AQ, AJ, A9, A8, A7, A6, A4, A3), sets (22, 55, 66, TT) and two pairs (56s) I have an equity of ~47%.
UTG should be weak here, may call if I fold, but don't think he can tag along if I call or raise.
I think calling pretty much defines my hand, and may not be able to get any value otr when hitting against a set or two pair. Raising, no matter the amount, will hardly have any FE, so, if I decide to raise, would it be better to shove? Should I consider folding?

Hey guys, thanks for the answers. Just one more thing, on my 3bet sizing. I've been using ~2.5x lately, but @drunkkilers's comment I've been thinking a bit, should I start raising bigger when out of position? And what would be the best sizing, around 3 and 3.5x?

BB just got to the table, playing his 3rd hand. BB is 24/5 on just over a 100 hands, but has been calling a lot of raises from the BB. Anyway, first time I see him facing a 3bet in this spot.

I believe villain's range to be something like 66-JJ, suited tens JTs+, ATo, 54s and rarerly air (I included AKs into the range for this purpose). Against this range I would have a ~45% equity.
I'm starting to learn ranges, so, I'm I getting it kind of right? Then, how should I proceed here? Seems like I would have enough equity to continue in the hand, so should I (which would commit me to the pot) or shove, purely for value as I won't have much fold equity with my stack.

You are questioning your play based on the results. As shown by Daz, you had the right equity to stack off. Your play was good, don't let results bother you or you may end up making wrong folds later on.
