c/shove river if you think you can't call river, how often does he have a value hand that he plays it this way?

How is this a leak if he binked 3 outer on you on the turn even when you guys are committed on the flop?

You got to take risks and chances Mush either way you won't regret em it's these things that make you a better player! move out of your comfort zone asap!

Same scenario on the river. Why are you shoving the river? Hoping to fold out better or get called by worse? Which none of those will happen.

This looks pretty standard 4bet spot imo from the BB. And ofc he's gonna bet the turn also cause you called from the BTN and he'd expect your range to be wider there. Do you really expect him to check the turn with all his semibluffs?

Make it a bit bigger pre around 1.4-1.8. Flop c-bet.

What are you trying to achieve with the river bet? You should get c/r in these spots because you don't rep anything that is betting for value on the river.

Move up ASAP, don't waste your time at lower limits when you are rolled to play higher and even make more net. Must be feel good if you continue making another 30+ bi at nl100

I think you are obliged to get in on the flop with that hand, you have flush to the nuts, 2 overs and backdoor gutshots. The way you played your hand you didn't maximize your value.
Why are you shoving the turn? What worse do you expect to call you?
