The feature on pokerstars where you can label different players with different labels is not working for me.
I can label players a colour and change the labels to what ever I want(i.e. "aggro", 'rec" etc).
But the player labels don't persist after a I close a session. The labels go back to their default label (Custom Label X) and players are no longer associated with a colour.
Has anyone had this happen? How do I fix this?

I've faced several similar situations in the past so I really want to get my thought process right in this spot.
Obviously not folding, question is whether or not to call or to jam.
My thoughts on villains sizing/range: Well it's not really a bluff/semibluff sizing (plus I don't think many villains would try outright bluffing this board). I think 89 and smaller sets takes this line almost everytime, some of the time AQ, some of the time 10J, K10, and KJ. Might also have some combo draws like Q10dd.
My thoughts on calling: If villain is semi bluffing or raising a weaker value hand, then there are a lot of a) scare cards on the river where he gets there/can bluff which leaves me to just guess. Also the scare card factor will stop him from value betting his worse hands.
My thoughts on jamming obvs getting called by all straights, possibly all sets. Two pairs may find a fold here. Combo draws probably call off?
What do you think I should do on the turn and why?

A) thoughts on not 3! pre? I tend to mix up whether or not I 3! pre with AQ against an UTG raise. I think this time I decided not to because this player is relatively unknown to me.(only 55 hands)
B) As played, is river a standard call? Is it a fold? My thoughts on making river a fold is that his river sizing seems like a value bet and I don't think villain is value betting range doesnt hold many hands worse than AQ here. Only AJ comes to mind.
My thoughts on making this call is that AQ is pretty high up in my range here, I don't get to the river with this line with many better hands. I shouldnt have AK or KK as I would 3! pre with those. I could have 1010 or QJ but probably would have raised flop/turn. K10 here might be the only better hand I have here that doesn't raise on flop/turn.
Your thoughts?

I would do it, but I only have 36k hands at 10 NL. If you do this again in a month of so, I'll happily volunteer my database

so thought process is that due to high VPIP, villain is recreational which means he could be overplaying some hands that we beat (weaker two pairs mostly).
That combined with having some bluffs in his range (mostly missed flush draws), that makes this a call.
To play devils advocate, my argument here is that imo, rec players tend not to lead-out bluff the river (esp for pot size) after check-calling twice, especially on this kind of board that smacks my range (even though rec players may not think these exact thoughts, they still know that I'm probably pretty strong here). Because of this, I think the villain is almost never bluffing here and either has J10, and some of the time, overplayed two pair.

Thanks Cozacu and filthynines
I do agree with those thoughts. While folding AQ risks being exploitable, I think that's not an issue so much at 10NL.
@Cozacu Also agree with the bet sizing issue, I have noticed my standard bet sizes are smaller than most ppl so defs need to work on that.
I did fold the river here, so sorry no confirmation what villain had. :)
