I really try to keep things simple, that's why I would usually 3b/call in a spot like this. But this time I tried to explore villains high raise cbet stat.
It's hard for me to fold in position one of the best hands in my range when villain can have so many draws.

15/12 is a standard reg in fullring and 16% raise flop cbet is not low. So I am not sure if he is she. Maybe a shemale?
If he/she is always bombing the turn, he will put some money in bad, because with a 16% cr range, he probably has a lot of draws that lose value with only one street to come.
Isn't folding on the flop too weak?

Well, you could turn an old Elite video into Essential. There are great ones like "When Optimal Isn't Game Theory Optimal - 5/10nl" that would fit pretty well into Essentials.

As villain is not full stack, I thought he was bad enough to not even think about my range, he could just think "my draw missed, I will bluff" or "hmm QJ looks good now, I will bet!" :D
But you are right, if he is any good, he would be probably betting here for value.
