I would check jam turn if you think he bets his draws as well. Otherwise just fold river.  

Think a lot of villains will pot turn if they are drawing to maximize feq so probably calling turn and folding river unimproved is fine. But if you are not sure (or vs unknown) I prefer jamming turn so we always see showdown and possibly make a note.

Did you just give him the top 20% of hands as a flatting range? I guess this is why he has a lot of pairs and even 10% overpair (AA). You did not discount all the AAxx/KKxx that he will 3bet.....  Also expect him to 3bet a lot of double suited hands bb-btn which will decrease the times he will have a fd somewhat.

Bet a bit less than half the pot and fold to a raise. This type of player will pay you off with random two pair or aces.
