After, villain called flop. I thought he could had hands like pair+sd, 2pair, oesd, AA/bdfd. I think this villain ll x/r the flop with sets in multiway most of the time.
I decided to check this turn, cuz I need to pot control a bit and for deception too. Some time he might bluff river or call with worse.

Villain checked the river, I vb on the small side and hope to get a call.
But, then villain R my river bet. I was so confused at first, But I thought he ll bet most his boat hands on the river since I checked the turn and I rarely bluff this river. He ll lose value to check river.
I didn't think he could play a boat like this way. The key points that I made this call is I could vb a str8 on the river and he didn't x/r on the flop and I checked turn for deception and also kind of a small bet. Im not really sure if I made the right call or not, but I did got with my gut.
Should I just bet the turn instead? Some times I like to mix up a bit.

First of all, Villain donk-led the flop( usually his range will be air/some hands that he can go with it), but this is a multi-way pot and ppl don't mess around too much. I assumed his range is pretty strong here. He could had some bad AAxx hand that decided just flat(we have blockers, but still) and KKxx, AKxsxs, QTsJsx, AK7x.
When we led out the turn, we rep NF here or we might have blockers at this point. I think villain could continue with his whole range here. If we bet the river and I don't really rep much, and all worse hands will fold to a bet. Villain could bluff us out of the pot with his top two hands(blockers for sets). So, I think I like x/f> x/c> b/f IMO. BTW, Im a small stake play too, so I might be wrong. Hope to see some other comments on this hand.

I don't think I can comfortably fold 3/4 pot bet on the turn! Especially he could follow up with a bluff and he could has some worse hands too. I might fold the river if he had shoved~ what do u think? folding the turn just too weak IMO

Villain is a 20/12/3 player and I have about 300hands on him. He got about 30% checkraise( very high, IMO)
I saw him attacked some flops and also where there was one hand that I saw him called a x/r with Top set in multi way pot on a str8 board and shoved a blank turn.( I assumed he is pretty aggro and maybe shove light)
When he x/r the flop, I thought he might likely to attack this board(some what dry). I'd considered call, small raise or shove. I didn't like calling, cuz I might played my hands face up on later streets and also I might lose some value, if he had some weak Js.
I decided to shove flop and i ll get value from worse and if he got hands like AJ, J7, 77 and I have 2 BD FD and 9 over cards. I guess it's not that bad. After I played the hand I kind of like make a min raise on the flop like 25ish, cuz he knows that Im a reg and I might fight for the pot, this way I can induce a shove with some of his air hands.
What line should I take vs this reg and vs unknow?

I see. This make much more sense now. I forgot about FE, we can bluff some turns too. Thanks a lot. It's hard to figure out all that in a game, I guess it takes practice.

If I called flop and pot ll be 28.11. Villain has 22.77 behind. So, If he shoved any turn and I need at least 32% to call.
If any K, 9, T and also ofcuz any 8, J came on the turn, we can call it off with at least 34%. But other than that, we have to fold everything else~ Im not sure this make sense or not? I tired my best.

Thanks for the reply. Is it a mistake fold to 4bet? And also, what type of hands that fit in my 3betting range?

Thanks for the reply, Phil. I ll def consider that option in the future.

Thanks for the reply. Should we discount few our outs in this spot? Lets say if we checked the flop and he potted, is there any way that we can fold the flop?
