Besides the dynamic schedule, being your own boss and ability to make quite large amounts of money, poker also has dowsides. I hope your downswing end as soon as possible :).
Here is something motivational for productivity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGiNe4RtmFg
Also you can try and look up this guy's morning ritual video. I'm not going to say it changed my life completely, but I've been getting up earlier, exercising everyday, staying productive and avoided procrastination a lot more since doing something similar. :)

Hi!
I'm from an European country and mostly play on Stars. Of course there are mostly games running on USD tables, so I would like to know if any of you exchange your € back to $ to prevent losing value?
I saw that there is an "auto convert" option on stars, which automatically converts all the currency to your default currency but some fees do apply.
Any recommendations?
Thanks :)

Yea, I've listened to the jared tendler's book and made notes but no real effect. It did improve my tilt problems a whole lot.
I've made a checklist to prepare before, review during and after the session and I'll see how it goes.

Hey guys!
I would like to know if anyone experienced quitting to protect yourself from losing?
I usually set a timer so I don't quit before it goes off, but I still do play a lot tighter, 3bet less and just play a lot more passively when having won. Of course when I lose I ignore the timer and continue to play on.
I usually come up short on hands per day or end up procrastinating when winning. Of course this sums up into slowly progressing through the stakes and when a downswing occurs I lose a lot of my winnings quite quick.
Thanks for any tips :)

If you have essential membership you can watch Study and Review 6max Session by DjuNKeLL. At the beginning he shows a checklist or something to prepare for your session, review during the break and after. It's very helpful!
I usually read my notes and write down the 3 most essential ones that I would like to put in my game and keep the piece of paper in front of me during the session.
You can also try meditation before starting a session! Also very helpful.

Because of the wet board texture I probably sized my cbets too small, athough they are both tight players (SB - 19/12) and this board does not hit too much of their range.
CO is 19 / 15 over 1k hands with a 45% CALL FCB and 67% CALL TCB. Raised turn only 1/16 times.

Thanks for the comments :). He did show 99, but yeah good point about him barreling OTT when an overcard hits. I did check my database and he is barreling overcards OTT, double barreling and stacking off to a river donk shove with TPTK.
The river bet is probably exploitable a bit? I'm not sure if he would leave 30bb behind w KK, QQ and allow me to raise, since it would put him in a tough position.

I think poker is kind of like math.
Some pick up and progress much faster than others, but everyone has potential to be very good at it if they work very hard.
