In example 4 why is 10 such a good card for oop player but a J isn't?

Preflop I think it's fine

Flop I would have bet small as 55s is often good here and lots of hands that would check/fold in our villains' range that we deny equity from.

I think given the typical 1/2 reg does not vbet enough and the bet sizing villain is very polarized. I don't see sets or 2p's as a meaningful % of his range otr given action. I'm not sure if that impacts our specific holding so much as we beat most of those value hands.

In general folding here kind of sucks as 55s is likely our strongest holding without a flush. Given some of club draws flats on the turn I'd imagine we don't have enough hands to call if we only call with a flush. This is assuming the villain is capable of turning even some made hands on the turn like pair and SD or a jack into a bluff. I didn't read your other post on this villain so I'm just guessing.

Given the over bet size however I don't mind a fold. Or flip a coin lol.

Is Q67r not a flop we want to bet often making a small bet high frequency strategy viable? Do you reduce betting frequencies by a non negligible % vs 2 other players in the hand vs heads up?

I swear I just watched a video on Q high boards guess I need to rewatch lol.

pf could've gone both ways call or fold. I think I'd lean towards folding unless I was otb. Hand is a bit weak and awkward relative positioning imo.

Flop flat is fine.

Turn is interesting as the 8s does not really improve our range. I think I'd prefer the pot sized shove here with strong draws with no show down value. With this hand I would imagine it plays better as a call turn and playing a river with the small SDV in position.

I agree flop should be a check facing 3 opponents. I'd get behind it a bit more if we have 5s if we going for no equity bluffs. Especially with the bet sizing we should be checking behind more of our range vs a 1/4 pot bet.

Turn check is good imo.

River I agree is a good card for our range. I think a question I would ask is how often do we check our sets and 2p's on the turn. I can see us betting at least some of those hands which discounts our value combos on the river. That leads me to believe bluffing with this combo would lead to too many bluffs. I would prefer bluffing with suited broadways that is same suit to the 7 or a 7 with a spade.

Disclaimer I have only gotten back to poker seriously for 3 months. Take my opinion with a grain of salt...
