What range do you put him on for calling preflop and otf?

The other hand is not that bad for barreling for him - all draws miss and hero will fold Tx so he has a lot of FE

Why would he jam river with TT-KK? Ax also doesn't make sense. He is either value betting with a monster ( 33, 99, 5x ) or pure bluffing. What do you call turn and fold on the river with - 66-88, 9x, TT I guess...
I really would like to see what other people think. I would actually be inclined to call.

Don't worry about the river call, your focus should be on the flop.

He probably does. If he checks them, it is with the intention to x-r not x-c imo. As played it is easy fold. You have a bluff catcher, you don't know if he even has bluffs and even his bluffs have good equity vs you. I would rather check back the flop. As efas said - if he gave up, you can bet the turn after he checks again.
