I like a flop bet to get value from x8 and x9's in his 3 bet bluff range as well as his flush and straight draws. I can't imagine him checking back AA, KK, or QQ on that flop and there are more combinations of AK and AQ and Ax suited in his 3 betting range.
As played I would probably take your same line. While it could be a weirdly played AA, KK, or QQ, there are a lot of missed straight and flush draws that could bet river this way.

I agree sizing is too big on both streets. I'd say 1/2 pot on flop max bc the board is so dry and I also like the bet flop, ck call one street line Scream mentioned. Basically we have a bluff catcher after the turn so I'd want to keep the pot small to pick off river bluffs.

I like a raise to around $2. You have blockers to AA and KK and the fact that you're suited improves your equity when you are behind. 58/5 is loose passive fish for sure and the raise is concerning but I just think our hand is strong enough to reraise and iso this fish.
I would make flop bet sizing at least 1/2 pot. That sets your villan up for an easier turn call w/ a worse hand w/ SPR way less than 1 on turn. As played still jam turn bc SPR < 1 and of all his combos you only lose to AK which there are like 4 of and 1 combo of KK (I'm assuming he doesn't 3-bet pre with 66), so there are 5 combos that can beat you. I can find 5 combos you are ahead of and that he'll call with in like 5 seconds which means easy shove on turn betting half pot on flop or as played.
