2 folds, CO raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.30, SB folds, BB raises to $7.50, CO folds, Hero

Villain was 20/17 0/18 Cold 4bet. He has 3bet 15 (25/163), quite high

The only hand that I have data:

Hero open raise JJ Button, SB 3bet and Villain Coldcall AA from BB, and then 5bet push my 4bet, so he can play tricky.

His 4bet is huge, I think his range here is at least AK,

I don't think he is ever using this sizing as a bluff. Too nit to fold at this point?
