Yeah, I feel like the best time to fold would be on the flop. If you're going to continue, would prefer raising with bottom pair, back-door flush and a gutter.

Wr by position usually is in this order: bu>co>utg+1>utg>sb>bb
Most players have a bb wr in the negatives. Iirc, one of the RIO elite pros said in his video that his new year's resolution is to get his bb wr to -15bb/100.
