NL50 Defend vs ISO 3bet & bluffing vs delayed, terrible?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (9 Players) BN: $54.78
SB: $60.65
BB: $54.31
UTG: $50.00
UTG+1: $98.46
MP: $77.81
MP+1: $36.32
MP+2: $50.75
CO: $50.00 (Hero)
FISH 39/4 which Hero isolates. Villain - seems ABC breakeven REG. 18/12 after 40k+ hands. CBet 3BP ip 61/35(23). 3Bet vs ISO 4,4% on BTN.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is CO with J J
2 folds, MP calls $0.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.00, BN raises to $6.00, 2 folds, MP folds, Hero calls $4.00
Flop ($13.25) 9 4 Q
Hero checks, BN checks
I though flop was like give up. Because of his most bluffs hit pretty hard (KQ, AQ).
Turn ($13.25) 9 4 Q K
Hero checks, BN bets $8.43, Hero raises to $18.00, BN calls $9.57
On turn I put him on AK or (KJs, KTs semi-bluffs) and I though I can rep QQ's, 99, maybe 30% of time JTs,
River ($49.25) 9 4 Q K 9
Hero bets $26.00 and is all in, BN calls $26.00
River shoving to get fold from AK.
Final Pot BN wins and shows a full house, Queens full of Nines.
CO lost and shows two pair, Jacks and Nines.
BN wins $98.75
Rake is $2.50

I'm thinking that villain will have more bluffs preflop than strong hands (maybe he would 3bet AKo vs ISO from stronger range side), but all overpair I think he should flat, because of FISH and he is IP. So when he checks-back flop I put him on weak holding or AK. After some deep thinking my representing range too narrow and I should give up. Anybody see sence to bluff here?

This is a spot I used to run into trouble. I personally would lead turn and some rivers because as it stands, it's pretty much cheaper to NOT c/r and occasionally bet river. If you think he could have hands like TT, 88, 77, etc, then betting river is a waste of money since he would probably fold turn in 99% of cases. If he flats, you're beat whether that means, the weird sets (like he has) or AK, which you said was a big part of his range. If you're worried he could float turn with draws, I just question what draws he could honestly have? AT? There are few and most anything that whiffs bets the flop. In summary, I like to lead turn and give up in many cases on the river. Oh also, river SPR is too small to have much of any fold equity. I think if he flats this sizing on the turn, he isn't folding much of anything and could call with 2nd pairs on river shove.

Just give up, honestly, you have better hands to bluff with. Villain should have both KK and QQ combos in his range
Yes, he is probably folding AK combos ott, but he also should cbet them fair bit/he might decide to station off for some reason.

I think that you have negligible fold equity otr.
