NL50 deep sizing 3b pot
My standard cbet size in these flops are about 2/3 pot unless the board is very dry then I bet 1/2 pot. I'm starting to doubt my sizing though with these "procetion/value" hands. It feels like im betting too much with these hands and that they should rather go into a range with smaller sizings but to keep things less complicated im using same sizing with all hands vs regs.
Hand 2 was supposed to be a cbet for 2/3 pot but I accidently timed out. In both spot I can get some thinish value as well as protect my hand vs overcards so for me both these spots is a cbet. Now the problem is that I feel like im betting these hands as if they were the nuts and they are obviously not. How do you guys play these hands with protection / value vs regs and what sizing do you use? If I am to use a smaller sizing I have to balance it out with other hands as well obviously.

In the first hand with the SPTK bacdoor fd it's can be a reasonable cb. When U play with strategy like that with a wider, thiner value range on the flop I think good to adjust Your default cbsize a little bit smaller to be able valuebet hands like that. So I'm betting a bit smaller in the first hand, but I think Your play is okay (preflop bit loose against 3,5bb open but okay also).
In the second hand if we talk about default sizing I think it's a same story, better to go with a smaller cbet size overall, the board is better for that also. I think U played that hand fine. I don't want to cbet all my TT and kind of type hands as a default , just mix it up a little bit and TT with a Th I think it's a good candidate to ch/c.
Right now I still have my 2/3 pot size but I see alot of regs with smaller sizes so I might experiment abit with that as well.
I'd rather cbet all 1010 and similar and cbet 1/2 of my JJ and c/c with QQ/KK combos as well as some ax combos. Alot of turns will be bad for 10's on that board and they do need alot of protection.
