Not sure if I should just flat or jam it. We are OOP and it will be hard to navigate many flops OOP 3-way. My equity is probably not that bad.
The problem is I don't have a big sample size on BTN's 4-betting frequencies to make an educated guess.
So I'm wondering in a vacuum would you guys suggest to just jam and realize our equity and not have to play post-flop, or flat and just try to set mine with the fish?

Depends on what you think his range is, if its TT+AK we can get it in but will only be b/e.
If you think he could go wider and even have some 4b/bluffs then its a easy ship.
I think he could 4b w AQo to getitin w the fish but maybe thats too optimistic.
probably flat at this depth
would it be a bad strategy not to 3bet this spot with fish in BB ?? I think if we 3bet we often loose the fish in BB and if reg 4bets we have guessing games like that
Yes but when I 3-bet a fish is a fish and he's calling anyway with KJo as seen in this hand :P
Why the fuck are you 3 betting JJ OOP deep with a fish in the BB ? If he cold calls a lot of 3B, please ignore my taunt.
As played, snap fold. Reg is never bluffing and JJ seems like the bottom of your value range 140bb deep.
I 3bet JJ (and many other hands) at this stack depth to defend my SB and discourage him from opening wide from the button, so I can have the fish for myself much more.
dont think that every fish is same, some dont like coldcalling 3bets, but in this situation you definetly know better than me, how fishy this guy was :)
