I think the hand is strong enough to x/call twice vs this nits range but I think on river we have quite an easy fold. What do you think?
1)Is villain ever bluffing river here?

I would just c-bet! Even if he is a nit (you should usually mention the sample size as well. Anything <200 hands isn't really reliable), he can call the flop qith QT,QJ,JJ,TT,99,88,suited diamonds, suited hearts, suited clubs. Also, just because he is nitty PF, doesn't mean he is also nitty postflop, that's because he will usually get to the flop with a slightly stronger range than the average player. Not sure about the river play, if you have a read that he never value bets worse and hardly ever bluffs you can probably fold, however since every draw except 64&86 bricked you can probably call. I wouldn't expect this kind of player to flat Q7,Q5,Q3 PF and I would also think he will mostly 3b his QQ+,AQ+. That leaves some sets.
Some general advice, having seen many hands that you posted, would be to take aggressive lines more often. You seem to go into x/c mode wayy too often and just rob yourself of winning a bigger pot / winning a pot outright by betting and you also give villains the opportunity to bluff you off your hand, like in this hand for example. If I knew that you fold TPK2 on this board, I'd triple barrel you all day long blind v blind or blind v btn and count my money.
Thanks for the good advice.
Bet the flop for value, you can take the B, B, X/f as explo line bc a nit will not turn middle pairs into a bluff or vb worse otr much often.
Also, not cbetting this is gonna make your cb range way too bluff heavy.
Yeah definitely a cbet. Take a x/c line with worse TPs.
Defenitely starting off with a CB (it's probably close between BBB and BBXf (I'd usually choose the latter given the nitty stats - he's going to XB a lot).
As played, people aren't capable of 3brl bluffing at these stakes, I think, and he's not vbetting worse, so that makes it a fold. I also wouldn't worry too much about being exploitable by folding here, but the hand would be much easier to play had you bet the F.
