Really? that's weird. I use mine 8+ hours a day and I have to charge it so infrequently that I don't even know how often. Maaaybe once every 10-14 days.
I do wish it had user-replaceable batteries like the older MX's.

As far as monitors go, I'd probably go with a 4k. Definitely stay away from that first one, 1440p @ 32" is too low of a PPI (92) - it's going to be like looking at your monitor through a screen door.
I've got an MX Master mouse and it's fantastic. I use it primarily on a Mac though.

Can you check if you're on the latest version of Firefox (33 at this point). They've got a very quick, iterative release cycle that's only 6 weeks between versions, so it's impossible for us to test on every single one.
The reason that it appears to be smoother on Chrome is likely because Firefox is using Flash to play videos while Chrome is using HTML5. If you're on Windows, the newest version of Firefox will support HTML5 as well. On a Mac, it depends on your specific setup.
Another thing to check is that you don't have any conflicting add-ons installed, as these can potentially cause issues. An easy way to find out is to open a private window and see if anything changes.
PM me or email [email protected] if you have any questions.

Which version of Firefox are you on, and which operating system? Do you have any add-ons installed?
You can send an email to [email protected] and we'll help figure it out.

My upset pick is Warriors over the Clippers.
I also think that Brooklyn will beat Toronto, but I don't consider that an upset because it's the Eastern conference.
Finals: Spurs/Heat rematch
Spurs win in 6 as Ray "Shuttlesworth" Allen watches from the bench due to an old man injury, unable to make any unimaginably awesome game-winning shots.

I don't know enough about poker to give any feedback from that perspective, but I did notice that when the app loses focus, the table resets and this error alert pops up behind the app window: http://cl.ly/UfHD.
Looks cool though!

We've had quite a few requests for a feature that allows you to subscribe to threads. We've been working on this for a while and have just launched it today. When you subscribe to a thread you'll be notified of any comment activity on the thread via your notification bar up in the top navigation.
Subscribing to a thread is easy, just click the "Subscribe to thread" button on a thread's page.
If you create a thread, you're subscribed to it automatically. Don't worry about going through and subscribing to past threads you've created, we retroactively added those to your subscription list for you! If you don't want to be notified of new comments, just hit the "Unsubscribe from thread" button.
There's also a master list of all the threads you're subscribed to in your notification settings panel (runitonce.com/settings/notifications/). Here you can quickly view and unsubscribe from threads.
Another new detail is that we now combine notifications that are for the same post. For example, if 8 people comment on your thread, you don't get 8 new notifications, you'll now get just 1 telling you that 8 people commented. Rad!
If you have any questions or see anything wonky happening contact [email protected] or PM me and we'll get the kinks worked out.

Definitely agree. Noted!
Dec. 12, 2013 | 5:47 p.m.
At some point a decision was made not to show replies in the dashboard feed. However, we agree that they should be there and have added them in. Go ahead and check it out.
As for notifications, we've got a big overhaul of the notification system coming down the pipe that I think you guys are going to love.

The only advantage to Parallels is that you don't need to reboot your computer to get into it. The major downside is that it will be slower, although any recent MBP shouldn't have much trouble running it smoothly.
Here at RIO we use VMware Fusion (similar product as Parallels) for testing and I forget it's even running until I'm doing something that needs a lot of processor power or ram.
I'm pretty sure you can get a free trial from Parallels, might as well give it a shot and see if it works for you.

Thanks for the heads up, looking into it now!
Aug. 30, 2013 | 11:45 p.m.
Parallels or VMware Fusion work fine for Windows apps, but running Windows natively via Bootcamp is a much better (and faster) experience. Plus you don't need to buy any virtualization software.

It's not that they've been manually turned on, we decided it was best to leave any previously posted comments as-is rather than stripping content out of them and potentially ruining thread context.
Platinum for all!

My first thought as a former Floridian was that one perk of FL is that there is no state income tax. Then I looked it up and saw NV doesn't either, so moot point on that!
I completely agree with Tom in that FL summers are pretty nasty, especially if you're not used to the humidity.
Bitmaps files are uncompressed and generally huge so we don't accept them for uploading, try to save it out as a jpg or png.
