I'd aim for a 1:1 study to play ratio in the beginning. as for studying:
- mark all hands where you don't know what to do and then try to figure it out using ProPokerTools etc, if you can't come to a conclusion post the hand and your attempt to figure it out on the forums.
- play less tables, try to figure out your sweetspot between being bored and being overwhelmed
- if you play zoom stack sizes change every hand so they might be harder to learn at
- study one video at a time, don't rush through it, take notes and try to really understand every concept. a good way to test yourself is to try to explain it in your own words. it should take longer than 1h to go through a 1h video
- if you like to read, "PLO from scratch" explains a lot of basic theory
over time you can play more and study less and after you have a decent sample you can start working with your data and look for leaks and what the best regs are doing at your stakes.
I don't think it matters that much what videos on this site you choose to watch first, they are all at least decent and you should be able to get something out of them all. (I like the Jnandez ones a lot tho)

I think instead of aiming to hit certain frequencies the better approach is to figure out what characteristics (polarity, raw equity, nuttiness etc.) a hand has and how to play it accordingly. Then all the frequencies will fall into place.

you say you can't lose those $100 so I guess you should not play with them at all

EasySeat is popular, the best scripts are not public and often players using them pay the creator a % of their profits

why do x/raise flop?

I think the cbet sizing is good
turn depends a lot on what you think about his postflop tendencies
Do you think he might play this way with 7 + good kicker`?
he should have that a lot more than 44+ which should only be a small % of his flop calling range, assuming he raises at least some of his boat combos OTF

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone who also has the Tom Chambers book (both Volumes) would be interested in working through them together.
I think it would be way more effective and fun to study them in a small group of 2-4 instead of doing it alone.
Pls reply/msg me if you are interested and we can talk details on Skype.

it's def possible to beat zoom but since there is a lot of reg table action at the lower stakes your $/h might be higher playing those.

Hey Ben,
do you mind checking if my reasoning in the comment above is sound?
If I understand your answer correctly I arrived at the same conclusion but I'm not totally certain about my train of thought.

So if I understand your scenario correctly I think the solution for this spot is mainly dependant on the composition of Villains range, not by your minimum defense freq.
So lets say Heros range is:
50% Axx
50% Kxx
and Villains x/r range is:
50% Axx
50% Ax
so if Hero gets raised he will always have Kxx.
If the frequencies are like this Hero should always call. He only needs 33.3% equity to call a
pot sized raise and he has 50% vs Villains range.
This is an exploitative adjustment to the Villain overbluffing.
If Villains range would be:
66.7% Axx
33.3% Ax
Hero would have a break even call and be indifferent between calling and folding.
If Villain bluffs less than 33.3% Hero should fold his entire range in this spot.
This again would be an exploitative adjustment to the Villain underbluffing.

Games are def much softer but I wouldn't call it easy money.
5+ bb/100 is possible but largely depends on the work you put in. If you want to play 200 you should probably be able to figure out what your BR should be like, SD is about 150bb/100 depending on how you play obv.
depends on your skill now and how you define best
