Giving Villain QJ in his range is a big mistake imo, regarding his stats and regarding that QJ is like "the one" bluffcombo in that spot for the PFA otf.
Like Kalupso said, I´d call because of the odds, but wouldn't expect to be good too often.

@Sam: That range is a bit too wide for my taste, as he is opening 3,5x and there were only regs behind.
Dunno if we can float the flop that lightly, I had the feeling that this kinda board texture gets barreled a lot, so I decided to fold a lot otf (like medium PPs and most BD Draws).
Turncall with TT seems far to light, as we are blocking his bluffingrange and some his bluffs may even beat us.

Thing is, I won't arrive there with any 8c7c, 7c6c, KcJc, as mentioned in OP.
So my only bluff will be 9c8c and eventually KQdd/hh and I wasn't sure how to choose a sizing with that few bluffs.
