I will first start out 3 barrelling there and see what happens, usually you will get a fold. if he shows up with a hand like JJ+ or K there its just too bad.

if he shows up with a hand like AJ or 88 i will make a note and next time i will 3bet wider and barrel for value very thin, 2nd pair or better

I think the pre flop 3bet is way too loose. everything he is calling there with is dominating you. i would prefer a range something like this after seeing that he called 3bet with A5s and KJ, a good 3bet range would be something like ATs+, AJo+, KQ+, 88+

flop bet I think its fine as there are many hands that he could fold on a monotone board, most of the hands should be folding other than any pair or any club.

river i think the bet is bad. firstly do you think he is folding a queen to a half pot bet? definitely he is not folding if he hit a K, and if he has a queen and you want to fold it you need a much bigger bet, maybe somewhere around 40-50. and i think its a bad plan to fold out a Q. what if he has TT and JJ? perhaps but thats a narrow part of his range and more of it that called would be something with a club.
