yeah thank you for the post i will check Patrick out and i do take notes on every sport I would have played differently and right down the frequencies too :)

yeah iv been watching a ton of henry lister and iv watched a little of dekkerz and carrot and a tiny bit of saulo i can already see a lot of similarities but also have quite different styles.
I didn't realise how many different lines you can take in certain spots

I prefer live play that is what I mainly watch but I watch the odd theory video now and then I like when they plug hands into solvers or construct ranges etc.

not sure what section to post this, in but iv been making the most of essential being free and have been binge watching loads of zoom play and explains from the essential coaches that were released over the last few months. but that is mainly all i have watched thus far, I was wondering if there were any great videos you guys would recommend that you found really helpful thanks.
