Thank you for going in to so much detail Matthew. You make very valid points. My BR management atm is poor as I just getting back playing again. I understand BR management but you're spot when saying I need to win so I'm not willing to take risks when really its a pretty much standard play. I'm not playing huge volumes weekly, but hopefully that will change over the coming months. I'm pretty confindent with my shortstack game. I think the problem for me is that I've never really had anyone who I could really discuss hands with. To be honest I've never really been a forum type of person but that's about to change. I truly want to improve my game dramatically and I'm confident that will happen if I seek the right guidance and surround myself with people who have been there and done it and are still doing it.

Agree Ondra. I know its an insta call, but to be truthful I feared the worst. Obviously not the way to play poker.
