Def would not check call flop, you bluff 3 bet so there is no shame in folding when you have nothing.
i have to start think like this and be more focus when i played

from this positions i 3bet mostly for value expect 3 bluffs
as you say i think c/r flop or just c/f is better becose latter comes very close to fancy play

vs aggro reg i have very strong c/c range

TURN: any random card i check if bet again i fold at any good card i am going for c/r to rep very strong hand and if going check at river i bet every hand for 60%

i think at flop is verry weak to just c/f,when i check this guy can start bet all the range, turn i am tryin to make a FD fold some Qx PP', i have in my range AA,KK,QQ,99
