Seems like a good play so far, you re-raised the villain considering that he was weak and another spewy call from him. You hit the flop perfect and half pot bet should be fine to extract value from weaker hands.

I would say if he is calling with a 12.5% range, then a 7% range should be profitable to jam.
Apart from this you need to remember that he is in position and will make every street to play extremely difficult.

1. The important thing is that you have position on him, floating the flop is fine with BDFD draws sometimes to confuse the opponent, considering that v c-bet's only 60% of the time HU, it is more likely he has an A in his range when he c-bets.
