Any reason to raise the flop? Not really sure if he's folding overpairs to a raise or not...
Is his cbetting range pretty much the same as his 3betting range? What would you say, top 10% of all hands?

it seems to me like a lot of villains at this stake might be capable of barreling with these hands.
The timer was running out so I just decided to put him on AA and click call. He showed QT93. What would you get out of this information? How would you make adjustments or let it changed future decisions?

If it were me, and if villain was calling flop bets wide, I would be happy to cbet flop. He might call with lots of worse hands like weaker overpairs, bare flush draws, one pair hands. I would be happiest getting him to fold right off the bat. I'd probably be folding to any bets or raises by him though.
