I agree with most of what you are saying. Just giving you some of my thoughts:
IP will not loose as much EV if he folds a little more than PIO. Some of these borderline calls will be negligible. Also the raising ranges will be similar.
I also think there is a lot of benefit from not forcing cbet in such spots. Given that the players will only get better and in the future switching from froced cbets to a mixed style will be really hard for us if we only "learn" to be in forced spots.

Hey Nuno, you said you will force cbet the J2d5d board (12:36). My simulations say you are can cbet only 50% of the time. By forcing you loose 36BB/100.
