Hi,

I feel like I am not getting enough value from my strong hands because I am slowplaying too much and would like to see how others do with these hands.

I used the following hm3 filter: hand value/ flop/ simple hand strength page/ minimum to "one pair - top pair - top kicker"
my winrate in this spot is 720bb/100. overall winrate is about 3bb/100.
If I set the minimum to "two pair - both cards paired - middle + bottom" my winrate is 1150bb/100

Can you give me some of your winrates for commparison?

in the last two orbits hero has raise/folded 4 times, thereof two times against co. In general co is probably rather too tight than to aggressive.
bu is at the table for ~10 hands. I donkt know why but for some reason he was marked as a strong reg, so lets assume he is.
To my right is a fish with a big stack if thats important for future ev or whatever.

I dont play a lot of tournaments and dont really know what ranges bu should be playing there. I could imagine you wanna have a shoving range with AK, QQ (JJ?) and a calling range with AA, KK, TT, 99, AQs (JJ, 88, AQo, AJs, KQs?)
