Absolutely loved watching this review (both parts) and learned a lot, just got the membership to watch mtt material and will watch many videos of yours for sure. But I have to say I found it a bit of a headache in the end with the constant clicking back and forth on the tracker..

Please expand more on your ideas. You say "standard bet-size", "I would defend that hand", "that hand could be opened from that position", "3-bet-sizing should be bigger" but then you leave it at that. What I like from watching videos like these is when the person is letting himself talk more freely. For example, "3-bet sizing should be xx... because xx does Z... and 3-betting from the SB I would do it with Y and X-type of hands because.." You know what I mean? Feel free to let your mind go and ramble

Sound good Seacombe! But I would try to re-frame the mind-set around studying. Instead of "damn, I don't really want to do this studying but I have to..." try to see it as "yes! I get to study, awesome! I love this part. It means I'm getting better at poker and it's really cool to understand this stuff" =)
It's just a preferance of mine. Try to replace work-ethic as much as possible with excitement.

But I won't really Count exactly how long time spent on each, I don't think..

Hi OP,
I am just starting out Learning (nevermind the work-comp auto making random Capital letters) PLO and my approach will be 1) a bit of Reading (and I Guess videos as well since I bough a Subscription here). Once I have taken in some ideas, 2) play a session. Then, 3) review it. Go through hands in PT4, together With running the Math in a Equity calculator (propokertools).
Rince. Repeat.
One of my friends is one of the top players in Sweden and have made tons of Money playing NLHE. His advice to me was once "spend atleast 1h studying for every hour played. Propably better of 2h or 3h for every hour played"

Watching in 2025 <3
Just an observation that came to mind.. since low pairs have lots of reverse implied odds in more easily being dominated by bigger set... then also bigger pairs should go up in value, since people love playing the lower pairs and will get it in versus your bigger set. Talking lower stakes
