Max, sorry I mean that you should be happy that the villain shoved here against you when you had him crushed. It's finding these opponents and getting it in good where you will get a lot of value.

One suggestion, don't keep track of the beats.  It means you are replaying them and not getting over the fact that they are going to happen, some times in bunches.  Be thankful you got someone to tool out and spend your energy figuring out how to improve.  This game would not exist without the variance, learn to embrace it.

With players that call a lot behind and less then 20bb folding pre is the better option.

As played do you think both of them are willing to hero fold a J?  Your definition of the button seems to not agree with folding.

Also you shouldn't let average stack determine what you do, it's a meaningless metric.  Especially in a sat where people often get a seat with very small stacks.

I would be looking for a place to rejam your stack against an active opener, put all the pressure back on the other stacks to call off. Opening T7hh and then running an all in bluff feels a bit fancy for the field you are playing against.
