Firstly watch some videos about building opening / 3bet ranges then when you rewiev your hand just open equilab and on every street try to give him a range and then compare if u have odds for call or bet / or you have to fold. Its hard on start becouse you have to play many hands but after some time you will see that its easier to read what your oponent may have in the spot

x/c flop is loosing value and x/r is making his range more narrowed and giving u hard decision after his shove

OTT : i think u should bet again he could find some equity now for bdfd definitely not letting him draw to straight / flush for free

as played after his weak bet i don't find a lot of strong made hands in his range

OTR he can bet like this his TPTK + all missed draws

usually he won't slowplay sets on this board also why would he slowplay AA-KK on this wet board stats are one thing but they vary depending on board texture. I would assume after his X on flop he has some poor sdv that is switching his hand into bluff sometimes you may find him slowplaying but i don't think he slowplays a lot on that particular board.

if he is so tight maybe you should make more polarized 3betting range + sometimes floating his open with QQ also

OTF if u don't have any reads/stats this flop hits his calling range pretty hard and also you are missing it hard without any fd possibilities and only OESD. Also its NL2 so you should play straight forward and just realize your equity by X and on turn if he is still not trying to take the pot I would bet small like 40-44% of pot.

As played after big bet on flop and his click raise i find it a lot of times 2p+, OTT its a brick so I'm just x/b to realize my equity, OTR not improved just fold

Your oponents probably don't think like this but you should start thinking about ranges not about single cards and how your range plays vs his on particular board and what every decision says about his range. I usually don't like playing draws OOP becouse i can't control the pot so i rather 3b them (obv depends on positions that we are and the guy we are 3betting)

I would bet 1/2 pot OTF to give myself cheaper drawing T is blank and It's not good for barelling would go x/decide depening on size of his bet and x/f R if not improved
