Hero seems very inconsistent with regards to opens and 3 bets. Like I don't mind open folding utg with KJ o for 20bb. He will raise 33 and KJ o utg but not Jam 99 with 17bb to a raise from villain that folds to 3bets often. 107cc had could even limp on button. But is a very easy open. Thoughts on limping the button?

Just fold. I think the problem is unless you have a specific read that can put him On KJ...J9...AJ type of hands, you don't beat anything. Even his semi-bluffs, like the 22. When players limp UTG more often than not they have the stone cold nuts, hands like 910 suited suited or small pairs. I know it is difficult to fold in these spots. But sometimes you just have to let it go to preserve your stack for later in the tournament. GL.
