What are the best books that have come out in the last year or so on playing No-Limit Hold em in casinos?

I'm getting started in PLO, living in Nevada.
I want to play low-stakes PLO (.25-.50, .50-1, or 1-2).
I would like to find a site that allows Omaha Manager, is US friendly, and is safe.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
