fwiw i think you will find more success with a better range of prices. right now the two levels are polarized. i suggest bringing the prices closer together or potentially adding a third level in the middle.

i frequently here players talk about situations where villains range is polarized. (aka i can only beat a bluff) wouldn't this be an ideal time to show up with marginal hand slightly better than air?

your win $ at showdown rate is very low. i suggest calling less on the river.

at these stakes with full 6max table, unless we have very specific history w villain, he has AA nearly 100% of the time. Even if you have correct equity, there are plenty of better spots at these stakes to get stacks in. I would opt for phils second option of check calling flop and folding to bad cards on turn.
this also relies heavily on villain's tendencies, but argument could be made against building a huge pot with worst position vs known AA. This is a very well connected hand, but i would consider smooth calling or even folding to 4 bet in sb.
