do you have a flatting range in this spot? You mention him being very loose so we could conceivably be flatting QQ+ here. None of the stacks behind are so short that you're getting blown off your equity a ton.

at 19:35 ish, what would you have done with T9s against supra's open if there wasn't a 3bet?

at ~8:00 with T9ss, you mention that you would be c/f river. If all of his jacks are betting flop and he doesn't have many better tens (at least none that will value bet river), what do you think his river value range is? I think everyone just bets KQ otf, and AK is getting 3bet pre most of the time, KJ bets flop and all sets etc bet flop. So it only really leaves KTs and there are only 2 combos of that (KhTh and KdTd, so maybe we should be check calling? I really would have expected him to turn 77 into a bluff there since our hand looks like what it is and I think we'd be perceived to just bet our AK type hands otr.

What 2pr hands are in his range? flopped 2 pairs are betting at least most of the time, as is 7x, and 53 and 34 prob fold pre.

i guess the tl; dr version would be, how do you discern the point at which it's prudent to play super tight, as opposed to when you need to be in there battling.

Are you sure it's right to call off in that J7 hand? I mean it really sucks if we lose that pot. Yeah his range doesn't look strong but even losing 30% seems annoying. It's interesting because in most formats having a big stack close to a bubble allows you to pummel everyone else because they have to tighten their ranges, but in a sattelite the big stack is the one who really doesn't want to take any variance. It seemed like you were taking a lot of your +chip spots though. I feel like the best way to exploit a big stack playing a lot of hands is to literally just pile on him every hand. I mean in some cases calling KK is not that attractive. (this could be very wrong lol). like that AJ hand for example like you have 70k is it even worth it for you to be playing a pot with that guy? we don't need all the chips, after all. sorry for being a bit rambly here, watched this vid a few days ago. any thoughts you can give on just general theory of how to play different stacks in a satty. and do you like pakman's play (he must have thought his FE was super high).

Hi,
At ~18:00, you mention that we should be folding KJ in the top left table since it's toward the bottom of our range and people rarely bluff this spot. I agree that in terms of our overall range that gets to the river, we have Ax and KQ and not too much worse Jx, but doesn't the Ax/KQ part of our range just lead river (since we can't expect many bluffs)? So in that sense KJ would be basically the best hand we check and thus we should call?

same thing for me

Regarding the Q6 hand at ~30:25: When we bet this turn I think our perceived range contains a bunch of bluffs/semi bluffs, and then Kx, 2 pair, and sets for value. I don't think most people assume we're betting a queen here. So with that in mind, I don't really understand why he'd be raising his value hands here. This line looks absurdly strong in the first place, and against our perceived polarized-ish range, he can c/s rivers for value since all of our kings and sets bet again, and he gets one more bet out of our bluffs. I'd be really tempted to call down with our queen here.

David, what are your thoughts of shoving vs inducing with the ak? Do you think these guys will think you are min folding this spot often enough and might get more value open shoving? (How wide your actualy induce range is)Any thoughts would be great. Thank you.

I can only think that the Q3o shove was a misclick
