Thoughts on all streets as well as preflop(usually it goes 4way to the flop..even If I raise...wht's the best line pre & post flop)?

BB is the weakest player on the table(for some reason likes to sit very deep,but doesn't wants the blind to be increased),games is running around him.Usually very passive..but has phases where he just spazzes in random spot..For ex there was a pot where this guy had re stradlled ..then 3-bet a btn open .Bet pot size on AQQ flop open shved on turn 7(15k into a pot of ~4k)

My image on the table is tightish,but I am giving fake verbal action..Talking random shit on the table...For ex...Asking the fish to play lose..blaming him for not giving enuf action to the table etc etc

would like to knw wht's the optimal way to extract max value..

Fish limps Utg, 1 more guy limps, I make it 55 with 68ss, folded around to Utg who makes it 155. I call and v r heads up to the flop. Stacks are 2600 deep.
Flop is K79hh and 1 spade. He checks, I bet 200, he makes it 400. His hand is face up here as kings. I elect to call. Turn is As. Gives me a fd and open ended. He bets 400 again, I call. River is the 6h. So the board is k79A6 3 hearts on the river. He checks, and I elect to jam. He eventually calls with set of aces.

Thoughts?

5-10. Eff stacks 1700. 2 limpers, utg and Utha +1. reg on button opens to 60. I decide to 3 bet from small blind to 205, with JQ off,both the limpers call and so does the button. Flop is K93dd. I check and it goes checked around. Turn is the 7s. I decide to bet 415 in a pot of 830. Reasons for betting are twofold.
1st is that I'm representing a very strong hand and 2nd is that none of the other players have a hand strong enough to sustain a 2 barrel bluff as the flop goes checked around. I bet 415, Utg limp calling fish calls, the other 2 fold. River 4c. I jam 900, he calls. He has KK. Which is pretty much the top of his range.

Thoughts?

10-20. Utg+1 I open q9cc to 60, avg reg calls, good reg calls from hijack, fish 1 calls from button and fish 2 calls from bb. Flop J78 rainbow. 1 club. Chkd around to good reg who bets 230. Fishes 1 and 2 both call. I elect to call. Turn is 3c giving me a fd with my nut gutty. Chkd around to good reg who bets 1170. Folded around to me. Stacks 11k deep. Action?

10/20 super deep(Avg stacks 400bb..fish has 650bb,I cover him)

Fish is random,spazzy..mostly overlimps entire range if it is a limped pot...but 3-bets very wide if someone has raised.I have seen him overlimping very wide as well as strong hands such as AQ,KQ,JTss(some hands on showdown).Villain is playing 75% of the hands.

FIsh also likes to barrel a lot.if he has taken the lead.
