87532 is too good to break pre. It's too easy for someone to have a 76-draw or a straight-6 draw and have limited outs. Yes, if you somehow knew that both players had 3 ranks to beat you then breaking for the wheel is probably correct but there are way too many hands that are only drawing to 2 ranks.

Your play hand 2 is correct, but I want to point out that options 4 and 5 do not cost the same amount. When you 4! the turn your opponent can 5!. Even if he doesn't, he can lead river. This is why calldown and bet if checked to is correct.

"Lead" is a term typically reserved for the caller into the PFR. It's a little confusing when you interchange that and "c-bet"

The hand categorizations seem a bit silly when “air” can include both a wrap + NFD and no pair no draw
Hand 3 you had 87632. That means you could also have had 87542 and perhaps 87642. His pat MIGHT be right, but also MIGHT be wrong. I definitely wouldn't call myself a math-oriented player but this is a clear spot where you can show the math of breaking vs patting. Show your work.
Also, with a side pot, I don't understand why you would check the turn there with Scott still drawing. If you're gonna pat the worst hand for the main at least gain some value on the side.
