Jcarverpoker had nothing but praise for Galfond's videos. I enjoy Jason's twitch for the entertainment factor that really helps you stay focused and retain more information. Of course it's basic, entry level knowledge, but there are plenty of good thinking lessons as well. It's a lot harder to put in a couple of hours of watching game theory/math videos on RIO, than to breeze through a session on twitch with someone as entertaining as Jason.

That said, who do you think is the most entertaining coach on RIO? ;)

Thanks for your suggestions guys. I actually returned to runitonce.com after watching a bunch of Jason Somerville's streams on Twitch and videos on YouTube. I will certainly try out all the coaches and maybe play with the idea of learning PLO as a new adventure.

Meanwhile I'm going back home for the Easter holidays and will play some live Friday night cash games with my buddies. That is certainly what I enjoy the most about the game :-)

I'm a recreational player and I'm currently not thinking of playing poker for my main income. I treat it as a hobby that adds some money on top of my salary from time to time. Recently I won 10k in the 9M GTD Sunday Million and it made me think if I shouldn't focus and play more MTTs. On the other hand it seems to me that it's pretty hard to get good at MTTs without putting in the volume and there are already plenty of regs with superior knowledge out there to get me. I'm good at hyper-turbo SNGs (winning or breakeven depending on the level), so my end game and short-stack play are pretty good.

What would you guys recommend I begin with on runitonce? What path should I take? Which videos are best suited for me?
