When should we expect your next video? Will your frequency always be this low?

Hey Phil. You talked about your mental capacity, feeling 100% etc., a subject that is not talked about often but is currently my main concern. 

I often have days or stretches of days where I pass up on games because I don't feel good about playing, which greatly reduces my volume. It's hard to put it on paper but it's a mix of bad physical condition (tired, bad nutrition) and a general mental dysphoria that greatly impacts my decision making and my confidence levels. Whenever I try to just plow through it and put in the hours I end up playing sub-par. 

Any thoughts or advice on this would be greatly appreciated. 

It's probably been mentioned before but you need a better mic and/or recording software. 

I got duped...I expected some tuff fish-like content. Phil is either playing us or he hasn't been tilted for so long that he's forgotten what tilt means. 

Thanks, that makes sense. I considered folding for like a minute but then I came to my senses and pushed. Can you tell I've mostly been playing PLO the past few years? lol. I even got accused of angle-shooting after the hand was over. My main concern was that it was very early and I still had a full stack in a tour with a very soft field. My thought process was similar to getting 5bet shoved in the first level of a deep stack holding KK with no reads. 

It folded around, he called with A5dd and busted me. 

Actually I went back to my notes and my stack was 20k not 25k. Do I really want to call and price in flush draws, 2pairs and overpairs? Also, since this is live I would not be surprised to see one of the other players involved showing up with a better hand. Do we ever consider folding here?
