Why do you think he has Axcc here? Wouldn't he fold it to turn overbet? I'm not saying that it's not right, I don't know myself, so just want to know your reasoning.

Regarding counting pot odds:
Think about artificial example where the pot is 1$ and you need to call 1$. Do you need to win this 100% of the time or 50% of the time? Then after analyzing that come back to original pot :)

Regarding call/fold:
Why did you say that we are bluffing? Also I am not sure if I would say that CO has JJ,QQ here. But if you are looking at it only equity wise and assume that villain pushes AK then AK has 37% vs KK+,AK, still quite good :) Question is if he has AK here when he has 3bet% at 2% (am I reading this correctly?) and been seen flatting AK to 3bet previously.
