38:30 : Don't you think on that c/r river you have to call pretty much always? Imo tourney players don't expect you to raise IP with a flush draw, so might turn everything into a bluff river right?

Raising the A7s there is absolutely horrible. You dont have a raising range on this board all your value hands you flat meaning you also shouldnt have a bluff range. The reasons you gave for raising are the same reasons for floating which automatically means floating is by far the best option here.
