It's really hard to see. Maybe try using puush that what i use to upload images.
I don't have many hands in my database because i used to play husng's. And to be honest i'am not too experienced with the program yet, what can you extrapolate from these stats?

I just did 2 scenarios in PokerStove, only difference is AJo
Scenario 1, villain flats KK-TT,AKs-AJs,KQs,AKo-AQo.
Vs this range we have pretty big advantage on flop(78%) and turn(74%) and we get to the river with 60% equity.
Scenario 2, villain flats same range + AJo.Obviousy we have less equity, on flop it drops to 70% on turn to 65% and we get to the river 50% 50% lol
If we give villain a few more suited hands,, it shifts slighty in our favour but its still a pretty close spot. 50% equity is not good for shove,
This spot probably boils down to what we think of villain, is he a reg, is he creative eg capable of crazy stuff? That's the type of thing that will give us the answer here because this spot seems pretty close unless i missed something in the calculations.

Yes i'am not sure but i think i remember reading a comment from sauce saying just that, Most of the value comes from picking up the dead money pre-flop, it benefits greatly from fold equity and i think he said 3bets AK almost always too.

AK is always such a great hand to 3bet and in any position. By 3 betting we fold out hands that do pretty well against AK, premium suited connectors. I believe it does better than in single raised pots but i can see your points, there's certainly value to be had from weaker aces.

What range do we give villain for flatting? This is a leak of mine sometimes i'am not sure what my ranges are. I saw this chart KK-TT,AKo-AQo,AKs-AQs,KQs, do you agree? They even have AQo folding half the time so i guess there's a big chance he folds AJo pre.

That makes sense i never tought of that, Fish can be pretty sophiscated who would have thought haha
March 16, 2015 | 10:53 a.m.
I agree with you preflop and its very rare i flat AK.
It just feels like i'am being exploited so hard folding this hand but it seems that's not the case right?
March 16, 2015 | 10:50 a.m.
And also if i were to do that i think it would be better with total air since with this hand we can win sometimes versus worse.
March 15, 2015 | 6:44 p.m.
I can see that working but i think one needs great care because if we play vs fish they may not care. They go, "what i have straight and flush, not folding!" :P

I didn't want to get raised on this board and holding this hand.

I thought my ranges were already on the tigher side. Isn't this a good range for BTN flat vs UTG? QQ-33,AKo-AQo,AQs-ATs,KQs-KTs,QJs-QTs,JTs-J9s,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s,54s
Should i be tighter at this stakes?
March 11, 2015 | 2:16 p.m.
Sorry for the stack thing i dont have auto rebuy on, maybe i should.
It's so hard to fold such a strong hand but i guess we're always crushed on river. I'd like know if you guys think villain ever bluffs this board multiway and then fires turn to try to get us off a pocket pair? It seems risky but might be profitable but he wouldn't bluff river i don't think. But even this i'am not sure that it happens too frequently.

Always forget to look at both sides not lonly what he has for value but what he has a bluff too. Have to work on that.
What range do we give villain for betting the flop? Certainly top pair or better right? Then for draws some gutshots and backdoor flushdraws, any more air?
But if he bets flop with gutters and bdfd once he checks turn he probably doesnt have them and that's why you say he doesnt arrive at river with many bluffs? Did i get it right?

That's a big exploitative fold, too big maybe? I would cal once at least. The MP range will be mostly lower pocket pairs and some suited broadways and BB will be full of trashy hands giving the price he is getting.
You not only have top pair, you have backdoor flushdraw a gutter plus you block A and Q so you block lots of hands you're worried about. Once you cal you'll know if he has it or not, dont think he will keep bluffing after that!
He can have all the hands you listed but he can also have some you beat like KQ, KJ, KT,AJ. Not everyone takes this line but some people do! You'll likely find out once you call flop.
