Great post thank you for it. I've just started PLO10 at micros and I also have somewhat similar results. Though I have been discouraged by people crying about the rake all the time I also found it is very much beatable. : /

I think this justifies the biggest tip in poker ever:

"Stop crying and worrying about win rates and garph and spend the same time improving your game."

Turn is indeed very nasty. Aint a lot of draws in his range, it is most like imo he  made top pair on flop and fell in love. I would commit on this flop though obv, one of the best flops I think.
