I believe you are referring to the 1-A formula (1-bet size/full pot size) to come to your defend frequencies?
If your hand had either 0%EV or 100%EV preflop then the 1-A formula would be correct. But even in worst case scenario PF, you have significantly higher EV than 0%; so you should also defend more.

Thanks Saulo, I tried to search for red line and blue line, and found a lot of interesting stuff! :D
And also, thanks for not giving up on me when I seemed a bit dismissive about your first advice. I really appreciate it!

Thanks, that's great advice Samu! I'll be sure to review those types of hands. :)
And, yeah, I know 5k hands is a bit small sample size.. But the tendency is clearly there and I just think it's better to grab any potential errors by the root, before it manifests as a habit.

Hi, I've played HUSNG turbos online on and off for a few years. Since I was under 18 when i started to play, I've taken the freeroll route, and grinded my way up to a bankroll of ~1500$ (very slow.. but steady)
I recently decided to try out HU cash games.
So January 1st I bought PT and decided to play some HU NL50. It's been a bit up and down (although mostly down).
I was rather shocked to see that I was a relatively big winner on pot w/o showdown and a really big loser in pots w/ showdown.
This can't be normal. Does anyone have an idea what common leaks would result in this type of graph?
Am I simply a turbo fish in the cash games and overplaying my mediocre hands?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
Why don't you use NASH tables?
